★★★★★

MaryCruz · 20/08/2023 08:39

Today marks the first day of my journey with Rybelsus, I acquired from Online Pharmacy. Not referring, just information. My current weight stands at 14 stone 5 pounds, and my height is 5 feet 8 inches. I took my first tablet right when I woke up. I'm excited about this new chapter and would love for anyone interested to follow along. I plan to provide updates on my weight loss progress on a weekly basis, optimistically hoping for positive results. Joining this journey could be a great opportunity for us to share tips, experiences, and encouragement. I understand the importance of consistency and patience in this process, and I'm prepared for the ups and downs. It’s a step towards a healthier lifestyle, and I’m curious to see how Rybelsus will work for me. Let’s embark on this path together, sharing insights and supporting each other along the way.

One packet arrived, he chucked it in the garden rather than ringing the bell

LanaRay · 01/12/2023 13:14

So my 7mg has been delivered! I can continue for another month 🙏🏻

KayliDzhener · 01/12/2023 13:58

Hurrah @LanaRay I feel more at ease now I have mine

Honeyandwine · 01/12/2023 14:18

Thank you 🙂 Glad you're all still managing to get your supplies. Hope the headaches stay clear for you this time around.

LanaRay · 01/12/2023 18:29

I know @KayliDzhener can stop stressing now lol!

LoneWolf · 01/12/2023 21:51

Headaches weren't as bad today - I think it could be because I had less caffeine. Glad everyone got their delivery!

RubyRed · 02/12/2023 18:28

Glad the headaches are a bit better @LoneWolf

I started on 14mg yesterday, which was 3 days before I finished my 7mg pack but I felt like I needed the higher dose as my appetite was coming back and I felt really hungry. After two days on 14mg I still feel the same, which is making me wonder if it’s related to my cycle as someone suggested previously. I was the same on the last few days of 3mg too, so it would make sense.

I will persevere and cross my fingers that the 14mg kicks in soon.

LoneWolf · 03/12/2023 17:46

@RubyRed I hope it starts working soon! The headaches are manageable with painkillers but don't want to get into the habit of taking daily painkillers so will keep reducing the caffeine gradually to see if that helps.

My favourite dress is starting to hang better now which I'm happy about.

I'm wary about increasing my dose because of the added migraine risk so I am going to try to stay on 3mg for a bit longer and use willpower too!

RubyRed · 03/12/2023 18:06

Thanks @LoneWolf. I have less appetite today but still feel a bit hungry. It makes no sense that it would stop working after 2 months of responding really well.

I do hope you find a way to manage your headaches with the tablets. I suffer from hormonal migraines and mine have been better than usual, which I think is down to eating less sugar.

Question - when I take my pill in the morning I'll sometimes have a morning poo during the 30 mins waiting period, does anybody know if this would affect the absorption of the pill?

RachelGreensHair · 04/12/2023 10:28

My 7mg is on it's way whoop whoop. If this doesn't make a difference over the next 4 weeks (like the useless 3mg) then I'm not getting anymore, so expensive for something which has done nothing so far!

LanaRay · 04/12/2023 11:25

@RachelGreensHair i defo think you’ll notice a difference. I was quite sick moving from 3-7 but it did pass!

LoneWolf · 04/12/2023 11:31

@Monika I doubt very much it would have any effect at all. Does your pill suppress your appetite still on those days?

@RachelGreensHair that's great news - I'm sure it will make a difference as it's more than double the dose.

I pigged out a bit at a party on Sunday as I'd had a couple of drinks which then led to me craving (and eating) ice cream on the way home. However I am down another couple of pounds this morning so I think weighing every two weeks is the way to go for me as I'm not disheartened by daily fluctuations.

Monika · 04/12/2023 12:31

@LoneWolf yes it seems like appetite still supressed!

Generally so far Rybelsus has made me feel really good? Better mood, everything seems brighter. It does make me wonder if I had some other underlying issues which is it also treating, or maybe it's just because I'm eating a bit better.

RachelGreensHair · 04/12/2023 15:13

There was some interesting stats in the guardian over the weekend on how its lessening people wanting alcohol, cigarettes and even stopping them noting their nails!!

KayliDzhener · 04/12/2023 16:41

Hi everyone, just a heads up that cheq up cancelled my order today citing stock issues so don't try them. They gave held my money nearly a week. Waiting on a refund.

Sherie27 · 04/12/2023 18:36

Hiya, I was wondering if you take a table ever day or every second day and when did you start to move up a doze sorry so meany question

KayliDzhener · 04/12/2023 19:56

@Sherie27 the instructions are to go up a level after 30 days, you can do something different if you want too and can get the prescription. I skipped a few days due to shortage of medication it's not something I would do in due course.

Sherie27 · 04/12/2023 20:49

Thanks for your reply, I’ll do this thanks

ElsaMars · 05/12/2023 09:44

Hi all, anyone else like me doing a 2nd month of 3mg? I'm noticing hunger and interest in food again which is annoying! It's made me realise how little it was consuming me in the first month. I have rubbish scales but I think I'm 7lb down in 5 weeks, I'll take that. Determined to keep going but worried about getting any 7mgs.

KayliDzhener · 05/12/2023 09:49

What are your concerns about the 7mg @ElsaMars , availability or side effects? The side effects for me were very short-lived. If you time it for a weekend you don't have much on or take a couple of days off work you should be over the worst of it.

ElsaMars · 05/12/2023 09:52

@KayliDzhener It's more about being able to source them and the amount it could cost. I had pretty much no side affects with 3mg, so hope that 7mg will be ok. I'm annoyed that food is interesting me again, definitely trying for the 7mgs next month!

Th1sisnotadrill · 05/12/2023 09:55

Well I'm almost at the end of my 30 days on 3mg and whilst the scales have barely moved I definitely feel slimmer and my appetite is slowly starting to suppress.... I'm wondering whether I should order another lot of 3mg or start on the 7mg that I've got? Has anyone stayed another month on the 3mg?

KayliDzhener · 05/12/2023 10:46

It's up to you, but I would use them as they are prescribed, one month of 3 Then a month of 7mg then 14mg until you achieve your goal. I asked to stay on 7mg but the pharmacist wouldn't let me they would only do as the manufacturer prescribes.
