Rybelsus for Weight Loss

★★★★★

MaryCruz · 20/08/2023 08:39

Today marks the first day of my journey with Rybelsus, I acquired from Online Pharmacy. Not referring, just information. My current weight stands at 14 stone 5 pounds, and my height is 5 feet 8 inches. I took my first tablet right when I woke up. I'm excited about this new chapter and would love for anyone interested to follow along. I plan to provide updates on my weight loss progress on a weekly basis, optimistically hoping for positive results. Joining this journey could be a great opportunity for us to share tips, experiences, and encouragement. I understand the importance of consistency and patience in this process, and I'm prepared for the ups and downs. It’s a step towards a healthier lifestyle, and I’m curious to see how Rybelsus will work for me. Let’s embark on this path together, sharing insights and supporting each other along the way.

@KayliDzhener I'm also finding I'm spending less on food as there are less impulse buys when I'm starving and I'm not getting through as much at home.

The other thing I'm saving money on is clothes as I know I'm going to be wearing my favourites from last year soon and things that were too tight are looking better already.

I'm trying to do more walking too as I think combining this diet with exercise will get results quicker. I'm glad the current heatwave is calming down now as I hate exercising when it's boiling hot so hopefully the temperatures this week won't be as high.

I can't believe I'm nearly three weeks in now and just wish I'd done this last year.

KayliDzhener · 19/11/2023 08:26

@LoneWolf brilliant to hear. I got my Fitbit fixed over the weekend so I am hoping it will promote more activity to me. I've spent a small amount on clothes as I only really had 20s and 18s in my wardrobe, I sold all my 12-16s on eBay last Summer. Once I reach a happy weight and stabilise I will spend more. I WFH at the minute 2 days a week but am looking for something to fill the other days so I don't need smart stuff currently. I wish I knew about this sooner too, particularly whilst I was working full-time so it wouldn't be such a financial burden!

CrystalVision · 19/11/2023 14:56

Message from my supplier who has also increased price to $190

The 14 Rybelsus have been out of stock nationwide for the past week. It is the worst we have seen and as such we cannot give any promises to when it will be back in stock.

CrystalVision · 19/11/2023 14:58

I have hit my first target date and maybe weight on Saturday. I was thinking of having a month off to enjoy food and drink before going for next target anyway.

CrystalVision · 19/11/2023 15:02

Seems to be ozempic around though. Maybe people will switch back and there will be more supply

Th1sisnotadrill · 19/11/2023 18:01

Can someone please tell me I'm being impatient and expecting too much? I'm a week in on 3mg and apart from a few days low appetite I am back to now wanting to eat everything in sight. I hope this isn't another wasted venture.... Does it start to kick in soon??

KayliDzhener · 19/11/2023 18:18

I think the leaflet says around 3 months to reach therapeutic dose, maybe have a reread, I've thrown mine away or I would check for you. Mine worked from day 1 but I am in the minority I think. Once you get to 14mg you should be fully adapted.

Cetra06 · 19/11/2023 22:14

Hi @Th1sisnotadrill kinda strange how you had a few days of appetite suppressant, I thought you either react or you don’t?

could it be something else? Like perhaps did you throw up close to the time you took the pill?

its also really important to have it on an empty stomach and wait to eat. They say wait 30mins but I wait closer to an hour or even two before eating.

also if I feel hungry I eat protein or fruit first. That usually holds me. I get hungry but I don’t eat much if that makes sense. Small amount hold me.

hope that helps!

Th1sisnotadrill · 19/11/2023 22:16

Thank you, I sort of half knew I was being extremely inpatient - was just hoping for a bit of a boost but will persevere.

LoneWolf · 20/11/2023 19:07

Does anyone else feel quite lethargic on rybelsus? My energy levels are quite low at the moment.

The weight seems to be coming off still though and I'm wearing a dress tomorrow for work that I haven't worn in a while. I'm going to do a pedicure and wear open toe sandals with a heel too. I'm starting to care about my appearance again which is good. I got my hair trimmed and my eyebrows shaped this week as well.

Madonna · 20/11/2023 20:17

I'm always exhausted at the moment, not sure if it's down to this. But I struggle to stay awake after around 9pm and have to force myself out of bed in the mornings.

KayliDzhener · 20/11/2023 21:31

Brilliant @LoneWolf I was the same a few weeks back.

I am generally in bed by 9pm 10 at the latest it was 7.30 on Sunday night. I also need an afternoon nap from time to time.

Madonna · 21/11/2023 09:28

I can't seem to find stock of Rybelsus 14mg, which considering I have pretty much been at the same weight for the past month, might mean it's time for me to think about other options.

ElsaMars · 21/11/2023 09:52

I feel lethargic sometimes and then buzzing with energy at others. I've had to reorder 3mgs as have been unable to get 7mg anywhere. If I end up stopping after that month, I think it will still be worth it for the kick up the arse it's given me! I eat so much less now, I could hardly eat my dinner the other day and food doesn't control me like it did, its a very strange adjustment!

I got mine from Safe Meds again

Arrived this morning

Cetra06 · 21/11/2023 16:02

@ElsaMars im also on month 2 of 3mg. Honestly if it’s working I don’t see the need to go up in dose.

I get really tired when I have not had enough calories for the day. On a high protein day I usually have good energy @Madonna

Madonna · 21/11/2023 17:50

I think that's probably a relevant point for me to take on about the lack of calories

RachelGreensHair · 22/11/2023 14:15

I can't stop thinking about food today....
The tablets haven't suppressed my hunger at all. I've been really good and doing calorie counting. Have lost zero weight :/

KayliDzhener · 22/11/2023 17:16

What level are you on @RachelGreensHair ? Maybe you need to go up a level if not already 14mg

RachelGreensHair · 22/11/2023 21:19

I'm on 3mg :( I might message the company.

CrystalVision · 23/11/2023 06:13

So target day today and I made it 😀16lbs. i have been trying on old dresses but not sure I am brave enough to wear them. But newer dresses hang off me...I have another 7lbs to go ( I only wanted to lose lockdown lard) so taking a few weeks off to have a break before the final push. I still haven't shifted this infection and ended up in A&E yesterday which isn't helping. So I will let you all know what happens when we stop.

LoneWolf · 23/11/2023 07:00

@RachelGreensHair sorry to hear it's not working - I think you probaby need a higher dosage.

@CrystalVision well done on your 16 pounds lost - that's brilliant. Hope you feel better soon.

I'm just starting week 4 and still going well although I've been getting the odd migraine which I never normally do and I think it's to do with my blood sugar levels.

I had a day off yesterday to see what would happen and my appetite was lower than normal so I think it stays in your system.

I am still finding exercise much harder due to less energy but I'm hoping that as I get lighter that will mean that exercise gets a bit easier due to not having to move as much body weight around.

I will stick with my attempt to exercise daily though as I want to come out of this lighter and fitter as I'm hoping that having good exercise habits will help me keep the weight off when I come off the tablets.

I am enjoying trying my old clothes on to see the progress I'm making and whilst I've still go a way to go with some of them I am optimistic I'll get into most of them later this summer.

KayliDzhener · 23/11/2023 08:47

Such positive stories from both of you, well done. I'm still 5lb off three stone, but I'm still losing at a good rate for me. Mor importantly I haven't had a single gain in three months. I've still got probably 5 stone to lose, but it seems much more attainable now. Got brand new linen trousers yesterday non elasticated in a size 16 and they slipped on easily. Have a great weekend everyone ❤️

LanaRay · 23/11/2023 08:58

Morning all, sorry not to post much recently life has been busy busy! I’m still preserving on 7mg and it’s still working. I’ve now lost 2 stone and I’m just over a pond away from going into my next stone bracket (hooray!!)

tmi alert Sorry if tmi but yesterday I took a break from taking a tablet, I have never pooed so much!! Like 5 times in a day, I’m normally morning once a day type lady! I was surprised by this as tbh my bowel movements have been daily!

I have 20 tablets left and starting to freak out tbh as summer holidays with the kids I always found hard to self control and not treat myself if I’m honest. My normal supplier has no stock so I’m looking at options but worried they’ll hold the money and not send the tablets!! What’s everyone else doing? I see some of you guys skipping tablets every other day. I really don’t want to start going backwards….

sounds like everyone is going really well! Sorry you are poorly @CrystalVision hope you are better soon!!

@LoneWolf at the beginning it was all I could do to get thru the day! I’m now exercising every day whether that’s steps, gym session etc etc and do find it gets easier (and I’m motivated more!)
