Rybelsus for Weight Loss

★★★★★

MaryCruz · 20/08/2023 08:39

Today marks the first day of my journey with Rybelsus, I acquired from Online Pharmacy. Not referring, just information. My current weight stands at 14 stone 5 pounds, and my height is 5 feet 8 inches. I took my first tablet right when I woke up. I'm excited about this new chapter and would love for anyone interested to follow along. I plan to provide updates on my weight loss progress on a weekly basis, optimistically hoping for positive results. Joining this journey could be a great opportunity for us to share tips, experiences, and encouragement. I understand the importance of consistency and patience in this process, and I'm prepared for the ups and downs. It’s a step towards a healthier lifestyle, and I’m curious to see how Rybelsus will work for me. Let’s embark on this path together, sharing insights and supporting each other along the way.

I saw they were out of stock last night and you could add your email address to get a message when they are in stock. I saw in the paper that Ozempic is going to be in short supply until 2024 so it's maybe being abandoned by some in favour of Rybselsus. You can do every other day to eek them out further.

ElsaMars · 09/11/2023 10:53

I've lost 1 measly pound in 8 days, but I think I've been eating less but probably still not enough. I want the no interest in eating to fully kick in. Hope you're all enjoying the sunshine today

RubyRed · 09/11/2023 12:04

I emailed Safe Meds last night to find out what was going on and got a very vague reply saying they are out of stock and don’t know when they expect to be back in stock.

Cetra06 · 09/11/2023 12:58

I got the same response this morning! They don’t know when it will be back in stock. I’ve found a website that has ozempic in stock. Seriously considering switching to that although I didn’t wanna go the one a week shot method :(

KayliDzhener · 09/11/2023 13:00

Oh that's a worry I HEARD ozempic is oos till 2024. I saw some in Canada I might order those till we get some in uk

RubyRed · 09/11/2023 14:27

I have ordered from Daily Chemist who have all doses in stock. I am only a week into 7mg but I’m going on holiday soon and don’t want the stress of running out as soon as I get back. They have sent me 14mg based on me telling them I have used Ryblesus before.

RubyRed · 09/11/2023 14:28

I have now hit the 1 stone loss marker, which feels really good and I definitely don’t want to lose momentum.

KayliDzhener · 09/11/2023 14:29

Definitely not gotta keep the momentum going

Cetra06 · 09/11/2023 18:05

Could you please let me know @RubyRed how you get on? If they deliver it? I saw they had it in stock but the trust pilot reviews were very bad I was scared to lose my money 😩

RubyRed · 09/11/2023 18:33

@Cetra06 oh no, that’s really worried me as I hadn’t checked the reviews. I usually would do but was multi tasking at work. Having said that, my bank is usually good at refunding my money if needed so fingers crossed.

LoneWolf · 10/11/2023 10:13

My supplier has assured me my rybelsus will be available to me at the end of the month but wouldn't let me buy it early. Well done @RubyRed on losing a stone - that must feel great.

Hope everyone else is doing well and getting their deliveries ok.

Trying to avoid too much socialising this weekend so I don't end up eating for the sake of it but the warm weather brings more social opportunities. My husband doesn't know I'm taking rybelsus so it's hard to make excuses!

KayliDzhener · 10/11/2023 11:28

Same here pineapple although it's been on the side nearly three months now I don't think he has looked what it is. I had a MAGNUM yesterday and it was lush

Cetra06 · 10/11/2023 17:44

@LoneWolf who’s your provider please?

RachelGreensHair · 10/11/2023 18:39

Feeling a bit down today, I've been on the tablet for a week and apart from feeling a bit nauseous it's made no difference to my appetite:/

mumwheresmyribena · 10/11/2023 18:47

@RachelGreensHair Although some people get appetite supression straight away, they're actually super-responders so outliers really. The main appetite regulation (not really a supression in the same sense) only comes when Semaglutide builds up to a steady state in your system, that can be 6 weeks or so in. It's at that point that the drug is there in enough quantity all of the time to support your pancreas with GLP-1 and regulate your blood sugar. If you haven't listened to it the Zoë podcast goes into this in some detail.

KayliDzhener · 10/11/2023 20:14

Sorry to hear that and yey I'm a super responder never heard of that but I'll take it.

Kristin · 10/11/2023 21:08

I don't know what people know about stock supplies but I work in the NHS and we have just had chaos as all strengths of Ozempic went out of stock first, closely followed by a couple of other GLP1 injections used for diabetics, now followed by Rybelsus in all strengths.
We have not been given a date for stock availability to return yet.
I've resigned myself to possibly having to take a break as I'll need more soon and had been considering switch to injectable as I find it hard to swallow it without nasty taste and heartburn

KayliDzhener · 10/11/2023 21:23

I'm gonna move to every other day then, until it sorts itself out.

CrystalVision · 11/11/2023 06:26

@KayliDzhener as a super responder you might not notice every other day. I am an average responder I think. Saw some effect a few weeks in, but it's taken 5 or 6 to get to full effect. I have just finished 14mg box and had planned to switch to alternate days at this point to save money. I would like slightly less effect as sight/smell of food makes me feel sick now. Which is tricky in social situations. I need to dial back to not being fussed about eating but it not making me feel sick. And I would love to be able to drink again....

Alexa · 11/11/2023 12:40

I’m a week in in stater dose and can’t feel anything at all. Shoukd l take 2a day?

RubyRed · 11/11/2023 13:22

@Alexa I really wouldn’t, the whole point of the starter dose is to ease you in and minimise side effects.

I am really worried about the lack of supply, I finally feel like I’m getting in control of my relationship with food and I’m scared of running out.

IronHeart · 11/11/2023 20:33

@RubyRed I feel exactly the same. Back from w weeks hols on a cruise 2 kg heavier even though continued 7mg all the way through to come back to news of shortages. Am very concerned, have 20 days left not sure whether to alternate day dose to stretch what I have out or convert to ozempic as HE has that in stock.

I started Rybelsus as I didn't want an injectable so I feel conflicted.

Will see what news the next week brings.
@Alexa I would absolutely not double dose in case of side effects.

Cetra06 · 12/11/2023 00:17

Hi all. I ordered my month 2 from manual.com I’ve used them before for other medication. it seems like my order has progressed as they’ve asked me for a picture. I’ll let you guys know if I actually get my prescription.

in other news I skipped the pill today. I had a lot of food thoughts ended up ordering takeout. Just as I finished I projectile vomited the whole meal. I am now hungry again 😩😩😩

LoneWolf · 12/11/2023 06:23

12 days in now and everything is feeling looser. Still haven't weighed yet but will do on Thursday.

I managed to avoid too much alcohol over the weekend which helped massively as I find when I drink (especially having not eating much) it brings my appetite back with a vengeance.

@RachelGreensHair that does sound disappointing but everything I'v read points to it needing time to build up in your system to work. I think I responded from day one as I am highly sensitive to everything - caffeine, alcohol, sugar etc
I hope it starts working soon.
